I must apologise

To you all

I can’t take the pain

I’ve ruined so many people

So many lives

So many futures

I can’t take this pain

I can’t take these empty days

Darkness as your constant companion

As the only issue in a group of people

I want to bleed

Let it all bleed out

Let everything just wash away

I must apologise

For letting everyone down

For not being strong enough

For not being good enough.

One day

In another life

A better life

Which everyone else can have now
